Christian Churches Rebuked By The Lord's Prayer
The chasm in secular doctrinal beliefs in the christian Church, that is causing many members to leave, is not unexpected if one interprets the bible correctly. It is a fact that christian churches, as well as Messianic synagogues, recite the Lord's Prayer uttered by Jesus Christ himself, who Christians believe is God become man, where Jesus Christ says, “ And lead us not into temptation but deliver us from Evil.”
When christian believers become uneasy with modern secular attitudes that are embraced, and ultimately practiced, by church leadership, such as abortion, same sex partnerships, promiscuity, etc., then God is being faithful to his word in the Lord's Prayer and will lead his people out of that temptation and away from that church.
The decline in christian church attendance is not a consequence of a decline in moral values in general, which is readily apparent in every generation, but God being faithful to his word as stated in the Lord's Prayer and leading his flock from the temptations of modern secular life that are being embraced by wayward clergy and church leadership. Which is why churches who are successful, usually mega churches that are packed full of attendees, openly advocate against the practice of secular defined immorality.
God Bless
