Try sunglasses. :-D Ahh. just kidding. notperfect, you should change the colors or darken them. Good start for a for new forum. Lets keep the internet flooding with the gospel.

Don't get me wrong, but you didn't choose the right colors.
It was a good initiative but the colors you use in your website must have a meaning, try studying a bit color theory. There are some colors that go for the background well, others don't.

For example, classical white for background is perfect, with a black, gray,or almost any dark color.

Anyway, don't ever use hard colors for background cause they make visitor's eyes tired. If you want to not use white or light gray for background, try a baby blue, or a green. Green is known to be very resting color for the eyes. Anyway, try to take a bit of a distance from your work, don;t get too sentimental, try to understand how others see your work and what do they think about it.

My advice is, and I don;t want to be "the bad man", to change the colors.
Take it from a professional designer.

Regard

I really think that you might want to especially change the red color in the forums
