Dude, it was the best part of the whole concert! xD I had been up since 6 AM that morning, and the concert lasted for several hours so I was beginning to get tired and even fall asleep a little bit. Even though I was enjoying it. Then Skillet came on I suddenly didn't feel tired anymore. xD

You just mentioned the lights before! but so I guess you liked the combination of the loud rhythms, shouting, and the lights, then, with the Christian lyrics, then.

So people, any more impressions of Christian heavy metal concerts? (just wondered.)

I've probably been to a thousand concerts in my lifetime. Metal? I've seen Tourniquet a few times. I always put on a great performance. Most recently, I saw The Devil Wears Prada this summer. They are top quality musicians. They are direct about their faith in Christ. I also saw Hope For The Dying and Becoming The Archetype this summer. I was very impressed by both bands. They talked from their hearts between songs.
