I'm totally not sure if this is the right place to post this question but I figure the best way to get the answer since it's kind of an obscure question is to ask folks who were more likely to have seen it.
So, I'm 25 and I remember watching this movie before I turned 12 (I think) so that's a rough timeline.
The ONLY part I remember about this movie is that it took place (I think) in a desert. There was a boy who was given a compass and a bible (possibly other things) from either a father or grandfather. I think that a plane played a part in this. I know that kids rode on ATVs.
If nobody knows it that is, of course, totally OK. I'm just at a loss for what it was and none of my siblings remember, either.
