I'd add national Israel had a 'Spiritual Israel' within the national context. Too many times we are told that Israel as a nation is unbelieving.

And much of the church are comprised of people physically descended from Abraham--- as most of the people that spread the gospel message and created the Bible societies were historically from NW Europe, Britain and the United States.

Israel is a nation, as the Jews also became a nation in these end times. These nations will be rejoined in the end times.

I was just reading my bible today where the Jewish King and the Jews were teaming up with the King of the nation of Israel and the Israelites. God's two nations of chosen people forshadowed Law and grace.
