where in the Bible does it cover taking care of church property? The Lords House? Mens duties.

The care of the tabernacle in Moses days were the job of the Levites, God had set them aside for this and from them would be choosen the Priest when needed. You can read references to this in Numbers 8:22, but it is mentioned in both Leviticus and Numbers.
