I saw this on several forums, and it is very interesting. I think this is the same idea they use in the concept of "speed reading". I had no problem understanding that mixed-up language!

I will say one thing, however. This would probably not be true if you were reading another language where you are not as familiar. In that case the mind analyzes every letter until you get familiar with the language. We know the words because we read them so often and remember what letters are in the word regardless of the order.
