Come on Disney!

Do they really have Christian concerts at Walt Disneyworld? Also just curious which is cheaper Disneyland or Disneyworld? Do you know by any chance?

The price there was Disneyland. I don't know if Disney World would be cheaper as we haven't considered it an option with small kids since it is all the way across the country.

Yes, it was called Night of Joy, but it seems they discontinued it in 2018 =(

Really? I never heard of that before. The loudmouth snowflake atheists probably had a hand in it canceling. :rolleyes

That's not what Walt wanted to convey in his films. I do know that much. :nonono
Might want to read up what others say.his niece calls him a racist .there is the backdoor way he forced my,state to allow Disney world.it involved a de facto
51st state.

Epcot wasn't what he wanted ,not would he like the greed either .however he wasn't a saint ,a flawed man.most old entertainment is gonna more purer then today .but yeah uncle remus?loved that but it will not ever be remade .der bear and de rabbit my favorite .

One, I don't think that he would have supported LGBT, and two,.. if Song of The South was so racist, then why hire African American actors in the first place and give them jobs?

He opened in here 67,when it was built it was likely colored bathrooms.

To assume a native ,yes lived was from a tiny house near orlando and now inside what is Disney now.wasn't a racist is beyond me.

Surely you didnt know that Disney made a book about uncle remus who was uneducated and spoke like dis.one day I wuz a ride in,I noticed de rabbit,he was a sad.I asks why you so sad? De rabbit says he lost da race to da turtle.

Do black people talk like that?not today ,only, the slaves and the share croppers did.I grew up hearing that spoken and readily got it.in,context its not meant but I highly doubt you would want your favorite actor or actress of color relegated to roles of maids and serveants .

Disney was a man of his age ,born late 1800s to 67. Its not likely in poor florida where he lived ,niggers was a word he didn't know.

I,grew up knowing and wanting to know more about that as I heard it from my dad who was never racist and old black men and women who remember.most of my photos in gifford are for that reason to tell.

I,could post the segregated high school, the black only bar ,or this https://www.stluciehistoricalsociet...-history/19th-early-20th-century-communities/

Scroll to calabash, that's an account and likely I have passed where it was I live north of it.

Oops, sorry, I accidentally erased your link in my quote, but it seems like if they really talked like that it wasn't really racist just a part of history.

Yet it was considered insulting to many.of course older blacks talked liked that but again in 47 segregation was legal. Looking back no,matter what he did ,he wouldn't have made friends, but as far as him not being racist razed in my state in the early 1900s ,unlikely he was taught otherwise .to many tells of my,county alone to assume otherwise ,that isn't to say all whites where just that in my county no black church after the 20s none repeared until the 50s .

It was an ugly time .
