Great resources! I would work on your layout a bit. You have a lot of great links and articles and organizing them a little better would help. Perhaps create a navigation bar. I like your background, but I your purple bars do not go well with your top logo.

the problem with your site is its too confussing for the adverage person you need to catigorise your site in a layout.

Its harder to navigate your page layout could need abit of work.

Like your flamming text was not recommended by designers please feel free to use my layout.

Yes, I also agree that with the links just going straight down the page, it make it look un-organized. Also, instead of the title ot the page being "index" you may want to make something more close to your site. If you're using Yahoo! PageBuilder, I think it is there when you save it you can re-name the title.
