wow hard to believe were in Dec already where is the time goign these days now
soon it will be Christmas day

You watch the seasons come and go... you look for a hint of green then summer. The leaves start to turn and so does the weather.
You're right. The time flies by.
Then at work we all wish it was Friday. Wishing our lives away a week at a time.
:shrug

Me, I love the summer and the warm nights. Everything alive and thriving :yes

I personally like Winter (another reason why i am relocating up north) ware i live we have only had a white Christmas once in 6 years :shame

I also prefer the winter, but that might be because of my thick layer of "winter fat". If it's above 60 it's getting too hot for me.

I like winter well enough, but it has yet to snow here.

Well it sure came fast, that's for sure. I'm like Joshua, anything over 60 and I burn up....so I love the winters. But we hardly get snow here, and if we do, in a couple of days it's gone. RATS!!!!

I'm about 500 miles to far north :gah
But I like the western Pennsylvania land so I'll put up with the winters. :shrug

A while back I decided to head out to Salt Lake City where the electronics was. Like following the buffalo. But I'd never been any further west than Ohio.
Hey, going to the Salt Lake desert. No more snow!! Yippee! :clap
Took amtrak, had a layover in Chicago so I got me the western duds, you know, the boots, the hat etc. Yep, I was going out there where the antelope roam and the cowboy sleeps under the stars... I was goin' west!
Got there April 5th.
It was snowing and not a cowboy in sight. No antelope. No horses either :gah

:lol

Not even a coyote howling at the full moon and the smell of pine in the crisp spring air? And stars that fill the sky shine so bright that's it's like looking into God's jewelry box? Dang Rick, I think I'd been ready to go back home and ride the family pet around outside the house a couple of lapse singing "Oh give me a home where the buffalo roam" and call it a night! :toofunny

Hey but you got to be cowboy for a day!! :thumb

:lol

The native residents would ask, "So what brings you to Utah?" expecting a compliment somewhere.
I'd tell them, "I ran out of gas going to California." :shrug

:D

The weather here is as unpredictable as it can be. We had a freak snow storm in October and nothing since, heck I've seen seen it snow in June here.

I dislike winter .... it gets too cold and you have to put on too many clothes just to stay warm. and getting colds are in my opinion a little easier to catch. and yeah time does fly... so make use of every chance you get ; )

I LOVE the winter- hate the heat! From October to December is my favourite time of year, love Christmas. I love cooking and decorating and the getting dark early and to have snuggle up indoors with some hot beverage. aahhh :christmas
I got a white Christmas one year when we lived in VA it started snowing on Christmas eve '02 and we were snowed in for 4 days - bliss :D

I love the winter, but I never get any snow here in Georgia...I miss it tons too.
