Denominations

I was raised United Pentecostal and recently came back to them. My experiences with so-called ministers of the word have left a terrible mark on my life, so I rely upon Jesus and His promptings.

My personal view on denominations and the infighting between them is, "Don't fight but unite in the name of the Messiah." We are all one body and we are to work together as a whole to the betterment of the head (Jesus Christ). What happens when parts of our body rebels against the rest? We get sick. If the sickness is bad enough we will die.

My view on doctrines is that we are led individually by the Holy Spirit to the truth of God. We all have the right to believe in whatever doctrines we like provided they are backed up by scripture and lead by the Truth in the Holy Spirit.

That Rom. 8:14 sounds OK to me! Just the wrong 'Denomination' so far!;)

The Eph. 4:5 Unitified one will be the Documented ones as seen in Rev. 12:17 + the very few 'there' of Rev. 3:10. And surely there are the Lord's very own still 'yoked' in the membership of the Rev. 17:1-5 ones that will be 'LED' out.

'i' say.. do you not understand the above verse?? The Dragon (satan) was wroth with whom?? who had Old Israel & executed the Christ of HIS VERY OWN DOCTRINAL VIRGIN FOLD?? Isa. 5 Where does one find [[ANY FAULT]] with CHRIST'S DOCTRINE?? Matt. 23

[1] Then spake Jesus to the multitude, and to his disciples,
[2] Saying, The scribes and the Pharisees sit in Moses' seat:
[3] All therefore whatsoever they bid you observe, [[that observe and do]]; but do not ye after their works: for they say, and do not.

Perhaps you have a misconception of Christ's Church is to be, & what it really is? The fault is not His Doctrines, but it is that the people will not 'DO AS THEY TEACH'. And even then, the Sanctuary Truth's are not these ones of Rev. 17:1-5 church.

PS: One other thing. If you can understand Heb. 12:4-8 you might find that God (it seems to me ? 1 Cor. 12:10) just might have some deeper plan's for you, if the chastising can do the job which it seems to be doing so far?
