As there is no synopsis it is difficult to comment.

The first category of leadership in marriage is that it is male.
The second is that it is a Spiritual leadership. Any woman contemplating marriage should ask her self do I respect his leadership and is he challenging my spiritual development?

If the answer is no, then no matter how much she feels she loves him she should walk away. She does not love him.
