John 14:23
Jesus answered and said to him, “If anyone loves Me, he will keep My word;
and My Father will love him, and We will come to him and make Our abode
with him.

John 8:31
So Jesus was saying to those Jews who had believed Him, “If you continue
in My word, then you are truly disciples of Mine;

John 14:21
He who has My commandments and keeps them is the one who loves Me;
and he who loves Me will be loved by My Father, and I will love him and will
disclose Myself to him.”

John 14:23-24
Jesus answered and said to him, “If anyone loves Me, he will keep My word;
and My Father will love him, and We will come to him and make Our abode
with him. He who does not love Me does not keep My words; and the word
which you hear is not Mine, but the Father’s who sent Me.

“If you love Me, you will keep My commandments.

John 15:10-15
If you keep My commandments, you will abide in My love; just as I have
kept My Father’s commandments and abide in His love. These things I
have spoken to you so that My joy may be in you, and that your joy may
be made full. “This is My commandment, that you love one another, just
as I have loved you.

1 John 2:3
By this we know that we have come to know Him, if we keep His
commandments.

1 John 3:22
And whatever we ask we receive from Him, because we keep His
commandments and do the things that are pleasing in His sight.

1 John 3:24
The one who keeps His commandments abides in Him, and He in him.
We know by this that He abides in us, by the Spirit whom He has given us.

John 15:10-15
If you keep My commandments, you will abide in My love; just as I have
kept My Father’s commandments and abide in His love. These things I
have spoken to you so that My joy may be in you, and that your joy may
be made full. “This is My commandment, that you love one another, just
as I have loved you.

To love each other is to love God, because only God can change a heart that is so good that its loves others. Its just as we are commanded to love our enemies.
