If the waters of the flood covered the highest mountains, does that mean the ark’s inhabitants needed oxygen supplies?

I don't know if we are supposed to reply to these posts. My simply answer would be that no matter how high the water rose, the ark would still have been at sea level. Thus no change in oxygen content.
 
Yes. If it was possible for five miles of water to be added to the Earth, then gravity would increase a bit and the oxygen content at the surface would be essentially the same as it is now.
