The obvious. They were in the rock long before the cave was eroded out.
 
How come we didn't get to see vid of the footprints?

Yes they sort of had to be in the rock or solidified mud way before the earthquake came and rolled the land over so they were on the roof then.

ok - said it was a cave so i couldn't see how a cave could flip over but i suppose a flood could be violent enough to do that
 
Flood wouldn't, but this would:

Overthrusts. Pretty common in old rocks.
 
I believe dinosaurs existed, there is proof of that, but they were all driven to extinction.
