In most things they write, I'd agree with you. But in this case, I'd have to agree with them that calling a miscarriage "an abortion" is misleading to the point of being deliberately dishonest. Technically, a miscarriage is a spontaneous abortion, but it's not what we've come to think of as an abortion. AIG has a valid point, here.
