1 cor 10:13 No temptation has overtaken you except what is common to mankind. And God is faithful; he will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear. But when you are tempted, he will also provide a way out so that you can endure it.

God has already taken steps to protect you.
You have to turn fro the device.s temptation to the help God has already given you.

Sometimes that means tur ING one's device off, shutting the boo, a d going g to do something else.
Sometimes it means thanking God for the forgiveness for All those past sins and praise g God for All that Jesus has done for us.

I pray that you will trust God for the strength and grace to resist what ever the devil throws at you.
