Do big muscles matter in a relationship?

Do big muscles matter in a relationship? Do girls take the musclemen and leave the the skinny guys in the dust?

Big muscles are okay for some guys, but to be honest, I think guys get bigger to impress other guys! lol I really don't think very many women really care. They just want a good, honest guy. Personally, I don't prefer the muscle men. I'm always afraid their veins are going to bust! :gah

Nearly all of the girls I know can't stand really muscular guys. Of course they can appreciate a guy who keeps in shape (I know I can appreciate a girl who keeps in shape **WINK**) but what they really love is a guy who is confident with himself without having to hit the gym every day.

From my observations (which could be wrong as usual), teenage girls prefer the "bad boys" who are always in trouble, and women prefer good looking guys with lots of money. However, there are always exceptions to most everything.

I can think of one big muscles which may be important, that's the brain. Guys that actually think about what thy say and do fair pretty well from what I can tell.

Being a muscular, non-petite woman, I feel like an Amazon next to skinny dudes. I don't it's necessary for men to be ginormous but muscles are nice. I see all kinds of types at the gym. Skinny dudes, huge dudes, little dude, uneven dudes...it's madness.

Perosonally I prefer proportioned fellas with a some muscle mass. But that's my personal preference. There's someone for everyone.

PS if you are going to work out...please work on your legs as well. I see guys with huge upper bodies and tiny legs because they think biceps and chests are the only important muscles in their bodies. They look silly.

I'll give you a couple of exceptions :)
My daughter is a teenage girl and she doesn't prefer the bad boys. One of her friends does, but the rest of her group seem to like nice guys. Secondly, I am a single woman and, although good looking guys are nice to look at, their looks don't determine their likability. And money doesn't make the man either. I like sweet. :)
