Yashua is a Jew. He does not speak English. When He returns, He returns to the Jews, to the House Of Judah.
Yashua was sent to the Jews. Yashua is not a Christian ! He returns as King of the Earth
and sets up the throne of His father David in Jerusalem.
The capital of the whole Earth will be Jerusalem. The twelve Jewish apostles will sit on twelve thrones ruling the Earth. The old testament is full of future events, prophecy.

Zec 12:10 And I will pour upon the house of David, and upon the inhabitants of Jerusalem, the spirit of grace and of supplications: and they shall look upon me whom they have pierced, and they shall mourn for him, as one mourneth for [his] only [son], and shall be in bitterness for him, as one that is in bitterness for [his] firstborn.

From the words of Zecheriah In The Future when Yashua returns the Jews look upon Him and mourn realizing they are the ones who gave him the nails in the hands !

Yashua was sent to the house of Israel, the Jews.
When he returns he returns to the house of Israel, first he saves the tents of Judah, first the Jews.

Mat 15:24 But he answered and said, I am not sent but unto the lost sheep of the house of Israel.
Isa 22:21 And I will clothe him with thy robe, and strengthen him with thy girdle, and I will commit thy government into his hand: and he shall be a father to the inhabitants of Jerusalem, and to the house of Judah.

Here we see Yashua King of The Earth with the house of Judah= Jews in the Kingdom Of God !

Jer 31:31 Behold, the days come, saith the LORD, that I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel, and with the house of Judah:

Jer 33:14 Behold, the days come, saith the LORD, that I will perform that good thing which I have promised unto the house of Israel and to the house of Judah.

Zec 12:7 The LORD also shall save the tents of Judah first, that the glory of the house of David and the glory of the inhabitants of Jerusalem do not magnify [themselves] against Judah.

Modern churches amaze me for neglecting the study of the old testament teachings such as
the saving of the nation Of Israel and the Jews when Yashua returns.

I can show 100 prophesies from the old testament that teach the Jews will be saved.

Zep 2:7 And the coast shall be for the remnant of the house of Judah; they shall feed thereupon: in the houses of Ashkelon shall they lie down in the evening: for the LORD their God shall visit them, and turn away their captivity.

Zec 8:13 And it shall come to pass, [that] as ye were a curse among the heathen, O house of Judah, and house of Israel; so will I save you, and ye shall be a blessing: fear not, [but] let your hands be strong.

Zec 8:15 So again have I thought in these days to do well unto Jerusalem and to the house of Judah: fear ye not.

Zec 8:19 Thus saith the LORD of hosts; The fast of the fourth [month], and the fast of the fifth, and the fast of the seventh, and the fast of the tenth, shall be to the house of Judah joy and gladness, and cheerful feasts; therefore love the truth and peace.

Zec 10:3 Mine anger was kindled against the shepherds, and I punished the goats: for the LORD of hosts hath visited his flock the house of Judah, and hath made them as his goodly horse in the battle.

Zec 10:6 And I will strengthen the house of Judah, and I will save the house of Joseph, and I will bring them again to place them; for I have mercy upon them: and they shall be as though I had not cast them off: for I [am] the LORD their God, and will hear them.

A covenant was given to the biological descendants of Abraham. (Genesis 15:18; Exodus 24:1-8; Deuteronomy 31:16; Jeremiah 11:10; 31:31-34; Ephesians 2; Colossians 2:13-17). When this covenant became null and void at the cross, two things changed. Animal sacrifices were no longer necessary, and all distinction between Jews and Gentiles came to an end.

"For there is no difference between Jew and Gentile – the same Lord is Lord of all and richly blesses all who call on him, for, 'Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.'" (Romans 10:12,13)

After the cross, salvation comes through faith in Jesus Christ. '. . . Whosoever believes in Him shall not perish but have everlasting life.' (John 3:16)

At the cross, the covenant between God and Israel was declared void. Jesus declared the bilateral covenant between God and Israel, with all its commandments and regulations, null and void. As a result, God abandoned the nation of Israel because of their persistent unfaithfulness. This is why Jesus pronounced this final benediction upon Israel, "Behold, your house is left unto you desolate." (Matthew 23:38)

According to the New Covenant, the Israel of God is now made up of believers in Jesus Christ -- these are the heirs of Abraham!

"There is neither Jew nor Greek, slave nor free, male nor female, for you are all one in Christ Jesus. If you belong to Christ, then you are Abraham's seed, and heirs according to the promise." (Galatians 3:28,29)

As far as God is concerned, the 12 tribes consist of people who have circumcised hearts. Physical circumcision means nothing after the cross. (Romans 2:28,29)

So in a sense you are correct, however; God defines Israel differently than you define Israel.

I wont belabor this point. The origins of Christianity are based in Judaism and what is contained in the Hebrew Bible. The statement you have made is a form of replacement theology, which although promulgated in the Greek Testament, has no basis in the Hebrew Bible- the Tanakh. In fact, your statement contradicts what is contained in the Hebrew Bible, and since that is MY authority, I totally reject your statement as nonsensical.

G-d's covenant with the Jews, His promise and His Torah are eternal.

Leviticus 26:44 "And yet for all that (rebellion), when they are in the land of their enemies, I will not reject them, neither will I abhor them, destroy them, [nor] break the covenant with them, for I am HaShem, their G-d."

(Genesis 17:7) "My covenant shall be in your flesh for an *everlasting* covenant."

(Genesis 17:13) "I will establish My covenant between Me and you and your offspring after you throughout their generations for an *everlasting* covenant."

(Genesis 17:19) "And G-d said: 'Nay, but Sarah your wife shall bear you a son; and you shall call his name Isaac; and I will establish My covenant with him for an *everlasting* covenant for his offspring after him.'"

(1 Chronicles 16:14-17) "He is the HaShem our G-d; his judgments are in all the earth. Remember His covenant for ever, the word which He commanded to a thousand generations, which He made with Abraham, and His oath unto Isaac; and He established it unto Jacob for a statute, to Israel for an *everlasting* covenant."

(Ecclesiastics 3:14) "Whatever G-d decrees *shall be forever*; nothing shall be added to it nothing shall be taken away."

(Isaiah 40:18) "The word of the HaShem shall stand firm *forever*"

(Numbers 19:21) "and it shall be law *for all time*"

(Numbers 15:14) ". . .There shall be one law for you and for the Ger(Convert), it shall be a law *for all time* throughout the ages."

(Numbers 15:21)"You shall make a gift to the HaShem from the first yield of your baking, *throughout the ages*"

(Exodus 31:16)"The Israelites people shall keep the Shabbat, observing the Shabbat throughout the ages as a covenant *for all time.*"

(Dt 4:40) "Observe His laws and commandments, which I enjoin upon you this day, that it may go well with you and your children after you and you may live in the land that the HaShem your G-d is assigning to you *for all time.*"

(Numbers 15:23) "All that the HaShem commanded you by the hand of Moses from the day that the HaShem gave commandments and onward *throughout your generations.*"

(Exodus 12:17) "And you shall observe the (commandment of) Unleavened bread . . .you shall observe this day throughout your generations as an ordinance *forever.*"

(2 Kings 17:37) And the statutes, and the ordinances, and the law, and the commandment, which He wrote for you, you shall observe to do *for evermore*; and you shall not fear other gods

Jeremiah 3:14 "Return, O backsliding children," says the L-rd, "for I am married to you. I will take you, one from a city and two from a family, and I will bring you to Zion."

Isaiah 54:8-10 "With a little wrath I hid My face from you for a moment; but with everlasting kindness I will have mercy on you," says the L-rd, your Redeemer. "This is like the waters of Noah to Me; for as I have sworn that the waters of Noah would no longer cover the earth, so have I sworn that I would not be angry with you, nor rebuke you. The mountains shall depart and the hills be removed, but My kindness shall not depart from you, nor shall My covenant of peace be removed," says the L-rd, Who has mercy on you.

Well, I think that's a given :D
LOL.

Well considering this is a Christian site ans a vast majority of us our Christian, we naturally are going to see the NT complementing, if not completing that which we see as shadows in the OT. So, since we have scripture that shows Jesus and Paul and the writer of Hebrews telling us there is a new covenant, we now live the New Covenant Age.

See Matthew 26, Romans 11 and a good portion of Hebrews.

Mat 26:28 For this is my blood of the new testament, which is shed for many for the remission of sins.

Heb 8:6 But now hath he obtained a more excellent ministry, by how much also he is the mediator of a better covenant, which was established upon better promises.

Rom 11:17 And if some of the branches be broken off, and thou, being a wild olive tree, wert grafted in among them, and with them partakest of the root and fatness of the olive tree;
Rom 11:18 Boast not against the branches. But if thou boast, thou bearest not the root, but the root thee.
Rom 11:19 Thou wilt say then, The branches were broken off, that I might be grafted in.
Rom 11:20 Well; because of unbelief they were broken off, and thou standest by faith. Be not highminded, but fear:
Rom 11:21 For if God spared not the natural branches, take heed lest he also spare not thee.
Rom 11:22 Behold therefore the goodness and severity of God: on them which fell, severity; but toward thee, goodness, if thou continue in his goodness: otherwise thou also shalt be cut off.
Rom 11:23 And they also, if they abide not still in unbelief, shall be grafted in: for God is able to graft them in again.
Rom 11:24 For if thou wert cut out of the olive tree which is wild by nature, and wert grafted contrary to nature into a good olive tree: how much more shall these, which be the natural branches, be grafted into their own olive tree?
Rom 11:25 For I would not, brethren, that ye should be ignorant of this mystery, lest ye should be wise in your own conceits; that blindness in part is happened to Israel, until the fulness of the Gentiles be come in.
Rom 11:26 And so all Israel shall be saved: as it is written, There shall come out of Sion the Deliverer, and shall turn away ungodliness from Jacob:
Rom 11:27 For this is my covenant unto them, when I shall take away their sins.

Take Paul's advice and do not be ignorant of this mystery. :yes

The remnant which inherits the promises of God will not be forsaken but will be redeemed by this New Covenant. Those who remain in unbelief 'til the end will not be redeemed. :shrug

That's part of the problem you refuse to see. The NT constantly contradicts rather than complements what is in the Hebrew Bible. Sorry to say it, but it often plays fast and loose in translations and misquotes from the Hebrew to deliver a totally different message.

Rom 11:26 And so all Israel shall be saved: as it is written, There shall come out of Sion the Deliverer, and shall turn away ungodliness from Jacob: Here is an example. Paul is quoting from Isaiah 59:20 which properly rendered from the Hebrew is as follows: "And a Redeemer shall come TO Zion, and to those who repent of transgression in Jacob, says the Lord. In other words it's not that the Redeemer comes OUT of Zion to take on the sins of Jacob (ie vicarious atonement)- but rather the Redeemer will come to Zion and to those of Jacob who have made repentance of their sins. This is a basic principle where Christianity is in contradiction of Judaism.

einstein that cause you dont accept the man we call the messiah.

I can not help but notice that Christians only have the ability to quote the new testament.

When they quote the old testament they twist it incorrectly through lack of training, and teaching.

To those who are trained in the old testament modern religion is astray from the old testament .

For years christians have told me the old testament is dead, it is full of Jewish Law, it was done away with when the new testament came along, there is no need to study the old testament is the watch cry of Christians.

In fact the old testament is full of future events, prophecy.

99% of modern church goers sorely lack education in the old testament.

In point of fact in thirty years I have never met one single Christian who understood the old testament and could answer some simple questions from Genesis !

Einstein quotes from the old testament with understanding and knowledge:
he said;
That's part of the problem you refuse to see. The NT constantly contradicts rather than complements what is in the Hebrew Bible. Sorry to say it, but it often plays fast and loose in translations and misquotes from the Hebrew to deliver a totally different message.,.................................

Einstein you are correct Sir. The translators were all Christians and incorporated in there translations there Christian ideas of devil, satan, heaven, hell, soul , rapture, and especially Yahshua.

When Meshiach comes He comes to the Jews not the Christians.
9 After he said this, he was taken up before their very eyes, and a cloud hid him from their sight.

10 They were looking intently up into the sky as he was going, when suddenly two men dressed in white stood beside them. 11 “Men of Galilee,†they said, “why do you stand here looking into the sky? This same Jesus, who has been taken from you into heaven, will come back in the same way you have seen him go into heaven.â€

So he left in the presence of the Jews and He will return in like manner says the angel of God, that means He will return in the presence of the Jews as Yashua there King.

At this time His decrees are sent out to the whole world to bow to the KIng of the Earth sitting on the throne of His father King David in Jerusalem, Yahshua the Jew.

This is when the Christians gather there armies to fight at ARMAGEDDON.
They refuse to bow to a Jew.

Jesus is a Jew.
The apostles are Jews.
All the writers of the new testament are Jews not Christians.

Christians quote form the English new testament. The new testament was not written in English.

Jesus does not speak English. The Jewish apostles do not speak English.
You must take the time to look up the Hebrew and the Greek.

2 Tim
3 For the time will come when men will not put up with sound doctrine. Instead, to suit their own desires, they will gather around them a great number of teachers to say what their itching ears want to hear. 4 They will turn their ears away from the truth and turn aside to myths.

The mistaken identity of Yashua leads the Kings of the earth to try to kill Him again.
They did not understand who He was the first time and they get it wrong the second time.
ps 2

1 Why do the nations conspire [fn1] and the peoples plot in vain?

2 The kings of the earth take their stand and the rulers gather together against the Lord

and against his Anointed One. [fn2]

Many Christians are rejected at the Judgment Seat of Christ.
Many Christians are killed at ARMAGEDDON.
Many Christians are anti-christ who deny He came in the flesh !
What Chistians fail to acknowledge is that the promises were made to Abraham, Isaac, Israel.

Gal 3:29 And if ye [be] Christ's, then are ye Abraham's seed, and heirs according to the promise.
Gal 3:8 And the scripture, foreseeing that God would justify the heathen through faith, preached before the gospel unto Abraham, [saying], In thee shall all nations be blessed.

THE GOSPEL WAS PREACHED TO ABRAHAM !!
The gospel is not Matt, Mark, Luke, and John those are Christian ideas.

Do you know what causes ARMAGEDDON ?
The old testament is full of future events, prophecy.
Please study the old testament.

Oh boy, Christ Jesus will be really disappointed when He comes back to the Jews, as the King of the Jews, and finds out that not a single Jew believes in Him. I wonder if He will be even more disappointed in knowing that the few Jews who do come to acknowledge Him for who He is are scorned by the rest of the Jews and branded as Christian...

I'd have to agree with Osg. and further that anyone with a decent education in the New Testament has a far better grasp of the Tanakh than those who do not know the New Testament. The Jews will always lack a true understanding of the completed works of Yahweh until they come to realize the truth that is the New Testament.

It's like reading the first half of a book and then not finishing it, but claiming you know all there is to know... :screwloose

Gen. 35:10 And God said unto him, Thy name is Jacob: thy name shall not be called any more Jacob, but Israel shall be thy name: and he called his name Israel.
35:11 And God said unto him, I am God Almighty: be fruitful and multiply; a nation and a company of nations shall be of thee, and kings shall come out of thy loins;

In the above passage in Genesis, God reveals that Israel is to be a nation AND a kehal hagoyim...a congregation of Gentiles. This is God's plan from the very beginning.

Israel shall rule in the kingdom through Christ and with Christ.

Judah is according to the flesh.

Ephraim or Joseph (Disciples of Christ among the nations or Gentiles) is according to the Spirit.

First the flesh then the spirit.

Jesus Christ offered Judah according to the flesh thus making peace between both houses of Israel.

Both houses must lose their old identities and take on that of their new Husband.

Hey, einstien... what was it you were saying about Christians and the Old Testament? :chin

There is just way too much bluster in this thread. While it is true most Christians are ignorant regarding the Old Testament, the true shame is they are arrogant in their ignorance. As such, they ridicule rather than tutor their classmates who still ride the short bus. Shameful! :(
Each Testament needs to be understood in the light of the other. Jews are at a disadvantage in this regard, yet today's Judaism is not cut off from God.

GUYS, I am jew by descent, and read the ot first. by orthodoxy i am not but my dad ,and his siblings were raised in the temple.
