Do Women Ever Need To Fix Thenselves?

A Moderator in here in another place confidently spoke of men needing to fix themselves. And, yes, real men of God are easily able to receive and implement Godly correction based upon Scripture.

Should Christian women be ready and able to do the same? Or, should Christian women be specially allowed to do the following:

1.) Change corrective imperatives into childish little tit-for-tat exchanges, as if the person admonishing them has to be personally perfect in order to help them?

2.) Get emotionally upset and act like a victim?

3.) Come up with lots of superficial little excuses and "explanations" for their actions?

4.) Try to say other people get away with the same things, so why cannot they?

5.) Undertake some long winded story so that the person trying to help them will "understand why" they are wrong?

6.) Twist the clear meaning of Scripture into a form which makes them feel better about their actions and attitude?
