Do you celebrate Christmas

Everyday of the year.

I love the Lord Jesus Christ. I praise God for sending Him to save His people from their sins. I love the story of His birth, and Christmas is a time when Christians ought to keep their minds stayed on the Lord. What a wonderful season God has given to us to use as a witness tool.

On Dec. 25, my family gathers at my step-parents house. My step-parents are witches. Heavily involved in witchcraft, satan worship and all sorts of nasty anti-christ sorts of things. They like to keep up an appearance of being 'normal' for the rest of the world, while getting away with anything that they can.

Christmas Day is a day to practice spiritual warfare. I celebrate the victory.

We celebrate Christmas, though in a non-religious fashion. It is more about family and Santa for us.

I suppose I am similar to Gabby. We worship Christ, and His willingness to become man for the purpose of dying for our atonement, daily. It is who we are. Our family, just a few weeks back, honored Christ's birth before God.

On December 25 we do not celebrate in the annual tradition, because of the commercialism, materialism, and unholy traditions that surround it. There is also the debt, the greed, and the deceit that is being mixed in with the Truth...God abhors this practice, and has not called us to be part of it, or redeem it on His behalf by joining in the traditions, and sometimes idols, of men.

For our family, it is a day that the Lord has made, and we will rejoice and be glad in it...the rest we will leave off.

The Lord bless all of you.
