The question I must raise is why do we have to pay for passports with chips in them to tell us if a person from the UK is safe when crime is not reported.

A lady came onto a message board at another site and said that she began cutting because a relative abused her. It is an admission of evidence. I'm in the USA and I feel responsible so I asked Christians in the UK to report it to police and I emailed a police department there in the UK. It is expensive and frustrating for someone whom is not in the UK to do all of this but it must be done. I'm told by two Christian friends and the police department that they aren't going to do anything about it. I think I still have the emails.

You have a minor in the UK who is being sexually abused and she won't tell because its her sister's husband doing the abusing and the police and others tell me that they can't do anything about it unless the victim comes forward even though there is evidence sitting in cyberspace that the woman said it happened.

The cops are locking up sex offenders in the United States while they are allowed to roam free in the U.K. Britains shouldn't be granted passports to the United States if they don't report their crimes because their passports are worthless if we don't know that criminals are coming into our country to harm our children.

I didn't have time B4 to say that 60% of muggings are not reported because Brits have lost confidence in the police poperly investigating crimes, say Demos centre-left think-tank, adding that soft sentences by judges also deter the reporting of many violent crimes

35% of attacks by strangers & 38% of burglaries also are unreported, Demos said

What I'll add here, in light of Romans 13:1-7, is that, in dictatorships, cops etc are agents of oppression, not of justice

Its probably better they don't come to help anyway. They drive on the wrong side of the road for one thing, surely that'll cause a few problems... and they have those awful sounding sirens.

I understand they don't carry guns either. No good here if the bad guys are more armed than the coppers. 8-)

Perhaps, but when it is an even fight the bobby's will win. Those helmets are specially designed to inflict the most pain possible in a headbutt.
