We need to become as energy independent as we can. Every avenue should be explored and tapped.

Alaska is oil rich and will go a long way in helping us in that area.

I am convinced that there are ton's of alternate evergy sources too.

Oil is like cigarettes. We all foudn out how amazing oil is, and decied we needed it. But after a whiel, we realized its really screwing us over. We are dependent on the oil, we need it every day, and refuse to change. Sure, i could invest a little in that nicorete gum, or one of those patches, and maybe i wont need the oil anymore. But no, its not worth it, instead, lets find more tobacco so we can make cigarettes more readily available.

You need to pray for a heart that respects God's creations.

In Revelation 5:8-13 all creatures recognize Jesus as the Savior of the world and praise God right along with redeemed men.

In Psalm Psalm 145:-9-10,13,15-21 God loves all His creation and has made plans for all His children and the lesser creatures to enjoy His eternal Kingdom.

Romans 8:19 says that the lesser creatures await Christ's return to redeem the sons of God so they, too, will be released from physical death to eternal life.

I sure hope the kind of "rule" you imply that we should take towards animals is not the same kind that God "rules" us over.....

No my friend, we are "created in the image of the Most Merciful God" which means we should have respect and mercy to the animals of this world.

Until you learn this you are in a dark place.....

If you cannot enjoy nature and the fruits of God's own hand you have not experienced what the Holy Spirit is all about....

If you cannot imagine the Perfect splendor of the original garden of Eden and what that "rule" meant than you are being decieved by the Dark Side...

And to respect the amazing animals and diversity on this planet.
