Do you think this Earth will be renewed or destroyed?

Do yall think that when God returns he will just wipe the evil off this world and then renew it or do you think he will completely destroy this earth and make a whole other earth? Im reading a book that says The surface will be destroyed and the Earth will be left as a fiery wasteland and then God will fill it with just Righteous things. But in some verses in the Bible it sounds like the whole Earth will be destroyed. Like these Psalm 102:25-26,Luke 21:33,2 peter 3:10,revelation 21:1 and I would think that this currect Earth wouldn't be big enough for all the people of heaven to inhabit but then again it would be no problem for God to just make it bigger. Some say though that if God completely destroyed this Earth, Satan would have a victory. He would have succeeded in completely corrupting this world to complete destruction. So what is your opionion?

In ages past you laid the foundation of the earth,
and the heavens are the work of your hands.

Even they will perish, but you remain forever;

33Heaven and earth will disappear, but my words will remain forever.

2 peter 3:10

10But the day of the Lord will come as unexpectedly as a thief. Then the heavens will pass away with a terrible noise, and everything in them will disappear in fire, and the earth and everything on it will be exposed to judgment.[a]

Revelation 21:1

1Then I saw a new heaven and a new earth, for the old heaven and the old earth had disappeared. And the sea was also gone.

Upon the final destruction of satan, there will be a 'new' earth, I believe.

Ever wonder 'how' the present earth will be destroyed? By fire, yes. But where will the fire come from?

They won't be around to be surprised! They will have already recognized their error, and have gone weeping and gnashing of teeth knowing their rebellious attitudes kept them from the truth.
