Bible Study Does Another Qualify Baptism, Communion, Confession?

I believe these 3 things are between an individual and God and no one qualifies/disqualifies these things if they perform them as a 3rd party. An atheist can baptize you and not disqualify it. An atheist can give you communion and it doesn't matter. You can confess to an atheist and it has no ill effect(spiritually).
These things are between God and the person being baptized/ receiving communion/confessing. No one can intercept/qualify/disqualify. It would be like saying a prayer in front of an atheist and them saying "God does not hear you". The atheist has no power to qualify prayer nor anything else that is between a believer and their God.
My question: Is there any verses that counter this?

John 12:49 For I have not spoken of myself; but the Father which sent me, he gave me a commandment, what I should say, and what I should speak. 50 And I know that his commandment is life everlasting: whatsoever I speak therefore, even as the Father said unto me, so I speak.

No one can do anything of themselves as all things like baptism, communion and confessing our sins or even teaching others is all done unto the Lord by His power and authority and the indwelling of the Holy Spirit that works in us and through us as we become servants unto others as Jesus was a servant unto those He ministered to while here on earth.

Matthew 28:18 And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth. 19 Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: 20 Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen.
