Does Ephraim in OT end time prophecies refer to USA?

My claim is that that's the case. My main evidence though is based on the arraignment of the tribes of Israel in the desert. Please refer to the link below for more information.

For those of you who state that prophecies like Hosea's have been fully fulfilled I would like to mention that in Romans 9:25-26 Paul refers to verses in Hosea 1. So, I think there is a fulfillment for end time of the prophecies in Hosea, Amos etc.
