Bible Study Does it hurt physically when you die?

O so true smaller. Death is a robber. My dear Wife of 33+years died of cancer. For 3 years (they gave her two) we knew she would leave me. Death came in on August 5th, 1993 and stole my Wife and I've never been the same since. Death robbed me of my ministry partner, and best friend. She (Jennie) was only fifty years old. I say that death robbed her of a good twenty five years.

For me, I'm 76 years old, and it won't be long before old death will come for me. On one hand it was a robber, and on the other hand it's a ticket. A ticket out of here!! The robber death keeps up it's ugly job by robbing my two Kids, Grand Children, and great Grand Children. Yep, old death plays no favorites.

Thanks be to Christ Jesus. He eventually kills old death, and he robs no more.

This old hide of mine is worn out with grief, agony and tears, from death. Were it not for the HOPE Christ has put in me, I'd have been a goner, long ago.

This world is not my favorite place.

1 John 2:15
Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world. If any man love the world, the love of the Father is not in him.

Were it not for the little, occasional trickle of LOVE, I'd have given up.

Death to the one dying.. would all depend on how we die... a car wreck could be a painful death.. dying in ones sleep not so much. .. The most pain is for those we love and who love us... that pain sometimes never goes away.. the pain of a loved one choosing to die would never end... we would ask what could i have done ...
Chopper still hurts over the loss of his wife.. The pain is left for the living..
