As I recently read somewhere that it did but I'm not exactly sure how or why.
 
I would say yes based solely on the fact that many balloons are latex or mylar and when it pops and lands somewhere, it doesn't break down quickly. Chances are an animal could ingest it before it breaks down, thus an issue - especially thinking how popular balloons are.
 
I just farted and it smells like greenhouse gases. Today It was not like egg sulphur, it was more like cabbage methane. It's just natural, God gave everyone many different flavours.

From dust we are made from the elements of the earth and dust we will return.
