Does this look like the Holy Spirit ?

Hi, at first impression it looks like an exorcism. I am aware of this "laughing" movement that has gone through some obscure denominations. It is, to use a psychiatry term, "mass hysteria". Haven't you ever been somewhere and you and a friend start laughing and can't stop? The more you laugh the more others will laugh with you even if they don't know what you are laughing at! You can feel joy and elation in the Lord, but to loose control would never be an act of the Holy Spirit. Is it dangerous? Perhaps, I am undecided right now if it could have satanic origins.

Usually Satan doesn't want people to rejoice in the Lord.

Bethel is a very Holy school, maybe if people have questions about this should contact the person directly (like Jesus instructs us to do) and ask of an explanation and ask them what their spirit confesses.

They accused Jesus of being belzabub because He did miracles, you know...

How you got that out of what I wrote is beyond me, perhaps you didn't follow. The "mass hysteria" and nonsense of rolling around laughing may be satanic in its' nature.
