oh my goodness what a crazy dog!!! do you think maybe it had some kind of brain issue?? maybe it was dropped as a puppy :( i've never heard anything like it!!!!
 
I really hope they had that dog fixed. Although it looks like a good example of evoution!
 
Perhaps puppy Prozac needs to be prescribed.
