I found this guy's live album in a thrift store years back, took it home, played it and was blown away! His song "Too Small a Price" had me wondering for amoment but as I listened it became clear and by the end I was on my knees praising, crying, laughing and worshipping.
Many of his songs are from biblical accounts from those people's point of view. "He's Alive", "I Don't Care Where You've Been Sleeping" are some of my favorites.
At his website you can get many of his tunes free. One warning though; He can seem a little pompous but please don't let that keep you from enjoying the music. He definitely has passion and love in far greater measure.

Lol, I remember hearing "Too Small a Price" for the first time. It was the first DF song I had ever heard. I was thinking "Huh? Is this Jesus whining?"

Lol, I was most pleasantly surprised as the song unfolded. I'm glad you know of him. I like the old hippies 'cause I'm one of them!
