If You Have Your Computer With You But Have No Internet, You Can Use Your Smart Phone to Connect To The Internet.

You Can Either Connect Your Computer to the Internet Through Bluetooth, or By Making Your Phone a Wifi HotSpot.

It is Easy to Set Up. It is Found in the Internet Settings on Your Smart Phone.
