Easter Dinner

Do you all usually cook a large meal for Easter? What do you make?

My mom isn't up to cooking this year, so I'm going to have them come over here to eat. I am NOT good in the kitchen when I have to make a bunch of things. I am terrible when it comes to timing things so they are al ready at the same time. :

I figured I'd bake a ham and have green beans, baked mac and cheese, sweet potatoe casserole and corn bread.

Dinner with the witches....again. I kind of got an idea how Moses felt when dining across the table with the Pharoah. The whole self-pity thing died long ago. I am where God wants me to be, fulfilling whatever purpose God has for me to be here. I stand on His promises. As I celebrate the resurrection of the Messiah, there will be a little song playing in my soul.
