Easter In Isolation

Wow, with everything going on right now it sort of doesn't feel like Good Friday is this Friday and Easter Sunday is a couple of days afterwards. However, I got really GREAT news for everybody!!! Just because Easter celebrations and gatherings are cancelled this year, Jesus Christ still died on the cross for our sins and then rose again three days later!!!! :woot Although Easter egg hunts, egg rolls, and Easter candy are still a part of Easter,.. it still isn't what Easter is all about.




John 3:16 specifically states; "For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believe in Him, shall NOT perish but have everlasting life."




So there you have it ladies and gents, that's the true meaning of Easter, and not to mention that thanks to me,.. (and YouTube lol) we can all have a happy (or hoppy as the case may be lol) Easter on christianforums.net anyways with all of your favorite Easter classics and songs!! :biggrin

I'll still be having Good Friday lunch with my parents and sis as well as Easter Sunday dinner. We'll probably tune into a live mass online or TV perhaps. On Friday we'll watch one of the Jesus films I have, then on Sunday we'll watch a movie I have on St Paul.
