Eating less salt does not cut heart risks.

Stress and trauma can increase the risk of heart attacks. Also some pharmaceutical medications can damage the heart too.

I love to read the controversial Internet doctor Douglass. According to him, a lot of heart and other health problems are stress as you say. A lot of it is also a form of inflammation that cholesterol tries to "bandage" up. Goes along with oxidation damage and the like. I think he does just a tad too much criticism on carbohydrates (he's more Atkin's type) but when you think about it, he does have a point where they add sugar and carbs in place of "low fat" stuff which is worse.

have a look at this guys I put it in the animals thread, not to annoy anyone but because it is the latest bit of info I know on this sort of thing.

there might be something contained in it to help us avoid health problems. I have not seen it yet but would like to.
