Just wondering if this would be a good idea:
Since Muslims & Mormons are now very aggressive on the Internet,
using it to spread propaganda, their beliefs, ideas, etc..., if some
of the churches would set up community boards or websites on the net
to do as follows:
1)prayer teams
2)support teams
3)eEvangelism teams
4)mission boards
5)eTraining
6)eChurches
7)Conferences & seminars
prayer teams- to pray for the new eEvangelists, ministries and
searchers
support teams- to get training materials, resources, set up computers
& accounts
eEvangilism teams- to roam the message boards & chat rooms on the net
mission boards- to direct, refine& plan goals & objectives for each
project
eTraining-to train people in EE, apologetics, patience, net
etiquette, languages, etc...
eChurches- to send Muslims & Mormons to, until they are
ready to join a body of believers, to set them up in new churches or
the Ancient Churches that are culturally relevant
Conferences & seminars- to up-date people on progress, techniques,
ideas, etc...
I think that 3 resources are already available right now;
1)EE graduates,
2) kids that like computers &
3) resources like; Zwemer Institute, Voice of the Martyrs, Arabic
Bible, etc...
As part of this effort, after all the planning and training, I think
that all this should have a 2-part implementation plan:
1)eMuslim Church- this church ministry would use these programs,
pastors, missionaries, EE graduates and seminars to make new
Christians feel at home; this church would have 4 modes;
a) Sufi- love, prayer, twirling, names of God, closeness, indwelling
of the Spirit
b) meditative- Jihad of the Soul, contemplate God, let the Holy
Spirit help us battle our evil nature to make us holy and acceptable
to God
c) mosque ritual- call to prayer, use chanting, daily collective
prayer, fasting,
sermons, Sabbath day
d) Ancient Church- prayer for the Ancient Churches, that they find;
Jesus, hope, life, joy, love, service, then steer new Christians to
them
2)eMinistries Outreach- a multi-prong ministry that trains pastors,
EE graduates and missionaries for service among Muslims and ex-Muslim
new Christians. It would train students in evangelism techniques,
cultural awareness, languages, apologetics & prepare students to live
in a Muslim culture. It would use the Internet to reach out to
searchers in (Arabic, Bengali, English, German, French, Malay,
Kurdish, Spanish, Tagalog, Turkish, Urdu, Uzbeki & many others) and
answer, question, study, read, pray for & with them.
On the Internet, all team-members would be named “Paul†for
anonymity, all computer systems would be virus protected, no church
buildings would be used for meetings, most programs would be only
online or in rented halls, until there are enough converts to start a
church, then new converts should be trained to run these churches,
with help from trained staff. Precautions must be taken to ensure
that new converts (apostates) & team-members & staff are not injured,
that support systems are in place for any one that openly professes
faith and is ostracized or jeopardized by family, friends or their
government. That jobs, education, Christian discipleship & fellowship
and a social life be open to them afterwards.
Just thought that this would be a great time to start.
