This book contains the thrilling story about the modern day fulfillment of an ancient prophecy in the book of Daniel. That prophecy states that in the end times, right before the return of the Messiah, Europe will once again unite and become the base for the rise of the Antichrist. In other words, the old Roman Empire will be resurrected from the dead. The author argues that the European Union is the fulfillment of this prophecy, and he proceeds to prove his contention.

Mr. Franklin is the editor of a newspaper in London, England. He is a skilled writer with a keen sense for interpreting world events from a Christian perspective.

It astounds me to see, in these times, how some countries are so willing to give up their liberties in order to be a part of a whole confederation of countries called the European Union. It is quite alarming to see what has already taken place. Some of the laws already set in place are totally absurd!
