Evangelism is telling those you come into contact with about Christ. It can be intentionally (as an evangelist) or as you see someone (as in a store or on the street).
It is not about converting anyone to Christ, only about being obedient to tell about Christ and the reason He came. THe Holy Spirit is all about conversion.
