Experiences with God

I would like to hear some of the experiences, personal experiences, some of you had with God.

- specific prayers that have been answered
- "doors" that God opened or closed for you
- miraculous ways in which He protected you

We have a God who is real, a God who answers to prayer. He is a God who wants to be more than an idea in our mind - He wants to be real in our daily lives.

Let's hear some ways in which you have experienced His real presence.

Oh, the Lord has done many things for me. I have been healed, seen others healed, doors have been opened, I have been blessed in many ways. I'll share this one. Might seem like a small thing but it was miraculous to me. I live in Pennsylvania and sometimes we have some pretty bad winters. I was driving in a snow storm, which I ususally don't do. Any how I slid on the ice and lost control of my vehicle. (I was driving a van which as you know they are light.) Down over the bank I went into the woods. Scared to death that I was going to tip over the only thing that came out of my mouth was Jesus. It was like the angels picked up my van, guided it inbetween the trees and landed it on top of a brush pile. Not a dent on my van and I was not hurt at all.
I have seen great miracles but I am skeptical of posting any of them as I know some people don't believe and I am not willing to argue about the miracles of God. I will watch this thread and see how it goes and maybe later I will share a great miracle with you.
