favorite type of asian cuisine

What type of Asian cuisine do you all like best? Chinese,Japanese, Korean, Vietnamese, etc?

My favorite used to be Chinese food, but about a year ago I tried some Japanese food, beef with spicy peanut sauce, and I've been hooked to Japanese cuisine ever since!
 
When I stayed with my folks prior to coming here to Idaho, they had a young Thai girl living with them. She would fix Thai food, and I've loved it ever since.
 
I stay away from japanese food because I like to know what I'm eating! :rolling :biglol.

But seriously, due to my severe peanut allergy, lots of Asian food is off-limits to me, so we tend to cook a lot of it at home. I like Thai best, and I'm not really a fan of Chinese. Haven't tried Vietnamese though.

If Indian counts, that's my favourite cousine EVER, and Italian. :thumb
