He was specifically speaking about the need for more FBI funding.

The FBI has increasingly warned U.S. lawmakers of the threats posed by China, an insecure border, and international terrorism? Are Americans heeding these warnings?

As the article notes, the threats he was referring to are:

1) China's cybersecurity and counterintelligence apparatus (basically hacking), which the FBI needs more resources to counter, which is Congress' responsibility (they set the budget for you foreign trolls);

2) The border, which Republicans are deliberately refusing to do anything about under orders from Don the Con (as he even bragged to blame him for); and,

3) International terrorism, largely due to President Biden's support of Israel, which apparently you oppose.

The facts remain, President Biden submitted multiple funding requests for increased border agents, increased border and POE surveillance, and increased staffing for immigration courts. Congressional Republicans denied them.

President Biden worked with Senate Republicans to reach a bipartisan immigration reform bill that would significantly roll back the asylum program, massively increase border agents, and undo the backlog in the immigration court system. Don the Con ordered House Republicans to not let it be voted on and even said to blame him for it.

Facts matter.....well, at least to some of us.
