Hi, Elijah did not say.. 'females possess intuition greater than males..' But God does & will use whoHe so chooses. And note in Joel 2 (+ Acts 2) the wording for oneself?
But my 'point' is that 'Godly' women have been & will continue to be used of God in Prophecy. *But, SECOND TO MALE Apostles! 1 Cor. 12:28. (as 'i' see it, there are NO Women apostles seen in scripture!)

Joel 2
[28] And it shall come to pass afterward, that I will pour out my spirit upon all flesh; and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, your old men shall dream dreams, your young men shall see visions:

[29] And also upon the servants and upon the handmaids in those days will I pour out my spirit.
[30] And I will shew wonders in the heavens and in the earth, blood, and fire, and pillars of smoke.
[31] The sun shall be turned into darkness, and the moon into blood, before the great and the terrible day of the LORD come.

Again: This IS a two/fold Prophecy! Eccl. 1:9-10 + Eccl. 3:15 [TWICE DOCUMENTED!] See Gen. 41:32

Elijah, in your opinion can a women pastor a church if there is a male apostle over her?

If things were socially different and It wasn't a male dominated society Mary Magdalene would have been included for sure more in writings. She was Jesus favorite after all. I know what you were trying to say, but I sorta ad lib a bit about the intuition women possess. I think i would have to really try to have the intuition most women are born with naturally. for that reason i think they might make really good Prophets.

Hi, 'i' see a difference between a pastor, (male or female) and an ordained apostle or ordained elder. And prophets are in no need of ordaining as I see it. And NO, ordaining woman is not seen bibical from this end.

But for your question, sure, why not as long as it is agreeable to the Church Body. Matt. 18:17-18

Thanks for your answer, friend.

It now leads me to another question: Why can't a woman be ordained in the Church?

Women can think with their heads and the hearts at the same time. What a great gift God gave us :yes

Yea, and I see that the respondent DID NOT understand, as he corrected that poster in his reply.

Elijah - can't you EVER respond to someone with your own words, your own thoughts? Some of us would like to have an actual conversation with you, but you make it impossible with your cryptic posts.

Elijah here:
OK, one time!:thumbsup But absolutely NOTHING judgemental meant about you.. except your young age. I have had quite a life & when Christ was accepted, a 'real' change took place. (a long boring story) But if you read 1 Cor. 13 which is all about faith & Love (Charity) you will find one verse that most would say does not fit the chapter. And that is verse 11! Inspiration has it said.. 'When I was a child, I spake as a child, I understood as a child: but when I became a man, I put away childish things.

OK: That is me in a nut/shell! (you remember calling me a 'nut'? kind of at least?;)
So 'i' owe you one from Charity, which is being the greatest of the three! verse 13 ibide. TOUGH LOVE! OK? But remember that I am talking of my past as a child! I use to be where you are at in my 'youth', even had a buick convert one time & a Chev. one, but when I became a man.. an Born Again man, this stuff ALL LEFT ME, and there is ONLY one chief LOVE IN MY LIFE, [ALL ELSE] is secord place to my Master Jesus Christ, and has been for many years!
And, your one below is a real beaut, but it can wait. And 'Females?' They kind of went for my automobiles + it was included in my other post about the Isa. 3:18-23 ones!

Hi, me again: I see no precedence in Scripture for ordaining women. And surely none of the 12 were women. And the below Scripture has me settled in on why.
God had told Aaron & Miriam in Num. 12:6-7 where they all three stood in His rankings. And I had not ever found anything different. There was 'some ones' in Numbers 16:1-3 that were set aside by God as male Levite Priests who in verse 9 has Moses asking a serious question to Korah. (that became fatal)

1 Cor. 12

[28] And God hathset some in the church, first apostles, secondarily prophets, thirdly teachers, after that miracles, then gifts of healings, helps, governments, diversities of tongues.
[29] Are all apostles? are all prophets? are all teachers? are all workers of miracles? (Hardly!)

Exod. 15

[20] And Miriam the prophetess, the sister of Aaron, took a timbrel in her hand; and all the women went out after her with timbrels and with dances.

Numbers 12
[4] And the LORD spake suddenly unto Moses, and unto Aaron, and unto Miriam, Come out ye three unto the tabernacle of the congregation. And they three came out.
[5] And the LORD came down in the pillar of the cloud, and stood in the door of the tabernacle, and called Aaron and Miriam: and they both came forth.
[6] And he said, Hear now my words: If there be a prophet among you, I the LORD will make myself known unto him in a vision, and will speak unto him in a dream.
[7] My servant Moses is not so, who is faithful in all mine house.

Women's intuition was demonstrated to be a myth by Ted Bundy. There is no female or male intuition, I wish that there was but there isn't.

Was she Hated by both these inside her church as well as those outside of her church? Mark 12:1-9 + Matt. 10:5-6 0n! And the Broadway & Rev. 17:1-5 ones even execute their very own members, huh? And who executed Christ Himself? Yet, they ARE CLASSED AS JUST ONE OF TWO, AND ARE UNITED as seen BY CHRIST'S WORD! Matt. 6:24.

It matters not who God uses, male or female, satan hates the person [of the message!] (See his methods in 2 Cor. 4:2 of distortion!:study) And most were executed in one form or another as well! Matt. 10

I am really quite pro-female(I will not say why), however there is a move(among other end of times moves)to replace authority designated by God to the male with female authority. This move is really dangerous, though like most of the deceptions of satan, on the surface it appears to be something good. God designed male and female to be a team, not in competition, the desire to compete is from satan.

Sam,

This is about the best line , description, what ever it is, on the topic i think i have ever heard.

Thanks Reba, I really believe that what satan is trying to do is to create conflict between people based on gender, male against female and female against male. God did make male and female as a team and that is why satan is trying to break that union.

Not to forget that it destroys the family unit as well. Broken families beget broken societies.

The serial killer?
Yes the killer, I read a lot, it blew my mind that that rascal could con all those women simply because he was nice looking and polite, if any of his victims had a sense of danger with him they did not act on it.

Could reflect that those women he targeted were vulnerable in a specific area. Kind of like the way women who have low self-esteem attract men who treat them like dirt. Men like Ted Bundy are predators who know how to pick the emotionally "weak" ones from the group. I've read plenty of other cases where women's "sense of danger" (intuition) was responsible for saving their lives. I think women, who are the physically weaker species, have the gift of intuition because they need it for that sole reason. Sometimes our mama's know things that fly over our father's heads.

Anyways, I don't intend to debate. In Christ, I agree 100% with you. Women's intuition is nothing more than the Holy Spirit's guidance, protection, and wisdom.

After sin, we see wife in subjection to the husband. (Gen. 3:16) Yet, with the rest of your thinking, it seem's very well bibically thought out. And Gen. 3:16 NEVER Violats the Eternal Covenant of God FIRST! So the above verse is CONDITIONAL.
