Finding a job after graduation

I have never had to write a resume before. So far I'm hating it. Does anyone else have to start looking for a job?

Even as one of the most highly sought after graduates, nurse, I'm still frustrated with the hoops and games one must play to apply for jobs.

Yeah, I can relate-- and it's definitely not fun making out that resume! I have a couple of great references though, so I'm hoping my future employers will make use of those.

I am running into a problem. The department I really want to work in only takes 1 associate level graduate nurse each year.
Associate vs bachelor degree with an RN, there is no actual difference, only a couple more management classes.
