Florida winter travel

Anyone know of a Christian community or camp that snowbirds could camp at in Florida that is for over 55 folks
or anything similar to it..? I need a place to stay for the winter and its getting harder in Florida ....could be apt or house or camp ......solo or with roommates and work too if needed..I could save someone a bunch of money on renovations
on a place in trade...

Camp or rv ?
RV parks a few ,Southgate and Lakewood village ,though that allows families .
