FOLLOWING THE "WAY" (A devotional).

There are many "ways" and "paths" in our lives. All paths lead to somewhere or to the next "station" in our lives. The "college" path can lead to a good job. The "Path" of marriage leads to a family. If we choose a path that leads to something "good" it is important to stay on it, and not get sidetracked, nor veer to the right nor to the left. What would happen if this lady got off the path and went to the right or the left? She would certainly end up in the bushes, into thorns and briars, and maybe run into a snake or two. But as long as she stays on the path, she can't go wrong.

067.JPG Yeshua/Jesus said, "I am the WAY, the Truth, and the Life. No one comes to the Father but by me. (John 14:6). As long as we trust Him, and stay on HIS path, his path of righteousness, we can't go wrong. If we get off HIS path, we will certainly end up in the "thorns of many troubles" First, we trust Him as our LORD and Savior, then we continue to follow HIS WAY, the Torah way, the way of the commandments, the way of righteousness. His path will end at the doors of Heaven.
