You have just answered your own question. Prayer is the answer.
We are all weak, although some of us are weaker than others. We have to cling on to Jesus, pray to The Father and ask Him to help you. Believe that He will and ask for all things in the name of Jesus.
Get closer and closer to Jesus every day. He loves you that much He died for you. God can do amazing things for you.
