Free Internet

It won't be any different than what you see now. Your Being tracked by Google Analytics and Google Social right now just reading this.

No, it tracks browsing habits and Google Adsense will send banner ads depending on what you have been looking at. You can adjust this in some Google setting.

So while TV just shows Ad's no matter what you like or not. The Internet tries to tailor fit ads you might be interested in. You can use adblockers and Ghostery to shut off these ads if you like. You really can't escape someone trying to sell you something. There is a Reason Milk is kept in back of stores, and it's because you have to walk through the whole store to get to the Milk. Everything is placed to get a sub-conscience place in your mind as it takes seeing the same thing over and over before someone starts to think about it. Same reason Women's shoes are in the back of a store, through the bra and nice jeans section.

Ah yes, I see that.
Marketing hype really does manipulate one into a purchase.
I don't think that internet advertisements bother me to the degree that I would block them.
I know there are ways to do this and I will keep this in reserve until I deem it necessary.

It's a better way to communicate with people.
Some adverts can be devious and I have known some particularly pornographic ones in which I care not to elaborate on.
I do know some sites allow you to dismiss or report an advert which I find most useful.
If free internet is going to be an actual venture, this reporting or dismissing option should be available.
 
if one has no want for the spam, then you will have to pay for it. I have apps that have that option. my bible app is one.
