Friend and foe option.

I know the foe option on this board makes it so that i cannot see the posts made by the foe, but what exactly does the friend option do? :confused

I do not understand why one would use the 'foe' option. If you are unaware of what your 'foe' has posted, wouldn't everyone else on the forum assume that you have nothing of note to say in reply? :confused

I use the foe list, but it's very short (just 1 user on it) I put that user there for personal reasons that I will not talk about publicly.

I have many of you on the friends list though including you Gabriel.

The foe feature is useful. In the event that two users just cannot behave civily with each other, the foe option allows them to ignore each other. It is not an Ideal situation for a Christian site, but nothing's perfect.

I've used the "foe" or "ignore" feature on other forums in the past.

Basically, some people behave in an immature or rude manner that I just assume not read anything they have to say anymore. It's the nature of the internet and you will always have the 1% troublemakers.

In the Christian Forums, it's people who are very liberal with their interpretations of scripture and want to push their liberal agenda on everyone to justify their own sin or political beliefs.

Other forums that are poorly moderated I end up leaving instead of having a dozen people on my ignore list.
