How did your social life change before and after conversion? I was over my wild times for a couple years before I got saved, but...even so, many of my "tolerant," progressive friends slowly ditched me after I got saved, especially when I would talk about "God's work in my life" as I recovered from...well, I was gonna say "Treatment" (all my "friends" knew about all that), but really...life. Yup, as God saw me through change and recovery from a life poorly lived...my open minded, tolerant, well-educated friends by and large...lost my number. I have one left over, but I think its mostly because God made me smart for the first time in 10 years or so and I"m actually doing something (online school), so she can get occasional company and convo from a warm human being who actually cares...and then go back to facebook. See what I'm saying?

Anyway, what happened in your social world after Jesus entered the pciture?
 
My husband didn't want me to turn into a Jesus freak-bible thumper. Sorry, it happened anyways. My long time friends don't understand really, but they put up with me. I try to act normal with my friends, but sometimes my love for Christ can't be hidden. I never got on facebook. I just have close friends and family whom I either text, call or email and they all know how much I love Jesus. My social world has somewhat remained the same, I just talk about Jesus and the bible more.
