Friends feature?

Did you know our profiles have a friends feature? Do you use it?

I've noticed the friends feature, I just don't know exactly how it works and what I would use it for. I've used the 'foe' feature in the past to block inappropriate posts from view until the adminitrators could get rid of them, but what is the benefit of the 'friends' feature?


(I'm I revealing myself as a doddering old fogey in not being up on this newfangled stuff? :-D )

Well one use I've seen is that you have a friends list side bar for PM's. Maybe Mr. Vic can shed some lights on it's other benefits...

It's lonely out here in Central Pennsylvania. Most everyone I meet is way younger than me, or way older than me. Hey! My wife doesnt count!

Anyway, it'd be nice to have a few friends to hang out with. On weekends, after church, anytime really.

I love it, i can let my dogs run free, shoot in any direction and have all the privacy I can handle

I wouldn't mind the freedom to shoot my rifle any which way in my own yard. But it'd be nice to have a friend over to do some targeting with me. See if I'm still as good as I was when I was discharged from the Army, lol.

I use both the friends and foe features. I have only 2 people on the friends and 1 on the foe.

It's nice to know I'm not the only one using the friends feature. It can be useful if someone is really trying to make message board friends. I know early on in my time here, I had a friend Sara I talked to daily Via PM. The friends feature would have made private messaging a bit easier.

Well, I am open to making friends here. Knowing ahead of time that your friends are Christian is a real bonus! So when I ask for prayer, I dont get the weird looks.
